Terms of Service

1. The service

This independent platform lets you link one or more ShamCash accounts and read balances and incoming transactions through platform tools and the API, within your subscription limits. The service is read-only and does not make payments or transfer funds from linked ShamCash accounts. The platform does not represent ShamCash and is not an official ShamCash service.

2. Eligibility

You must have the appropriate legal capacity and use the service only for accounts you lawfully manage. You may not link an account without valid authorization.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for accurate registration information, keeping your login information confidential and activity through your account, unless an error on our part is clearly established.

4. Linking ShamCash accounts

By linking an account, you confirm you are authorized to do so and grant us technical permission to process the data needed to display balances and incoming transactions. Linking relies on a session issued by ShamCash through its session mechanism, and connects to its official API. Using that mechanism does not imply a partnership with or official approval of our platform by ShamCash.

5. Usage restrictions

You must not use the service unlawfully or infringe others' rights, attempt unauthorized account access, misuse the API, or bypass limits or subscriptions. We may suspend or restrict access in cases of clear misuse or risk to the platform.

Exceeding request limits may cause the hosting server to temporarily block the IP address sending those requests. This restricts the network connection and does not mean the linked ShamCash account has been blocked.

6. Subscriptions

Some features require an active subscription. When a subscription expires, functions such as API balances and transactions may stop working in your application.

7. Availability

We aim to provide a stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Factors outside our control, including networks, the ShamCash provider and maintenance, may affect availability.

8. Third-party systems

The service depends on ShamCash systems and operating policies. According to our operational records through September 2026, the platform had operated for several months and linked more than 400 ShamCash accounts, with no recorded account ban caused by using the platform. This describes our actual operating history. ShamCash remains responsible for managing accounts and its account-blocking policies.

9. Security

We encrypt session data at rest and restrict access to it. We do not store ShamCash account passwords. Possession of session data does not bypass additional safeguards imposed by ShamCash on payments.

Under the ShamCash security mechanism we have observed, an initial payment attempt is blocked, an SMS and an app notification are sent, and a 24-hour period is provided to decide or revoke the session before payment can proceed. This mechanism is subject to ShamCash policies and updates. Our platform does not use sessions to make payments or transfers. If you receive any alert or notice unexpected activity, immediately revoke the linked session in ShamCash and contact us.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for harm resulting from misuse, unauthorized linking, or restrictions or faults in third-party services, including ShamCash. This limitation does not apply where the law provides otherwise.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access in the event of a serious violation or security risk. Users may stop using the service or request account closure through the available procedures.

12. Ownership

Rights in the platform, interfaces and documentation remain with us or their respective rights holders. Use beyond the permitted scope is not allowed.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance, to the extent permitted by law.
