Two ways to verify a payment.

Your customers pay to your ShamCash address. Your application matches the incoming transfer and updates their balance.

By transaction ID

The customer submits the transfer ID. Your server finds the matching incoming transaction and verifies it before crediting the wallet.

By invoice reference

Create a unique reference in your app. The customer includes it in the transfer note, and your system matches the payment automatically.

Questions, answered.

Is this the official ShamCash website?

No. ShamCash API is an independent developer platform. Our support is for customers using our API and access services. For app transfers, account recovery or other ShamCash app issues, contact the official ShamCash team.

How do I connect my account?

Create a platform account, open your dashboard and generate a QR code. Scan it from ShamCash under My account and Linked devices. Keep the session active to continue using the API.

How does a customer payment become store credit?

Your server fetches incoming transfers and matches a verified transaction ID or a unique invoice reference in the transfer note. Your application checks the account, amount, currency and time, then credits the customer once. The integration guide covers both workflows.

How often should my application check transfers?

A typical setup polls every 12 seconds. Use one shared polling worker for each linked account, rather than one for every customer. Balance and transfer requests share the account rate limit; check the API documentation for current limits.

Does one subscription cover all my accounts?

Each linked ShamCash account has its own subscription. Available plans and trial eligibility are shown in your dashboard. Auto-renewal is optional and uses your platform wallet.

Can I use ShamCash from outside Syria?

We also offer an independent access service for customers outside Syria. Contact our API support team to discuss availability and setup.

We are not official ShamCash support.

Please contact us only for our API or access services. We cannot handle ShamCash app transfer disputes, account recovery or general app issues. Direct those requests to the official ShamCash support team.
